SnakeBall
I just did an online survey about video games, more specifically, XBLA games. After answering several questions about which games I own and have played, they offered to show me some details of a new game being worked on. Of course I agreed to take a look.
The first page was the details of the game, stuff you'd see in a magazine ad. I couldn't copy the text, but I was able to print screen.

Next was a couple of screen shots.

Last was a video. Because of their copyright protection on the page, I had no way of copying, downloading or capturing the video for you guys. It was pretty interesting, with horrible music, but they mentioned it was a placeholder only. The physics looked pretty cool, and the whole game looked like it took place on a giant disco floor of sorts.
At the end of the minute long video, the phrase GA-MOO-LA showed up. I assume this is the name of the developer. I did a google search and its looks like a CG studio or something.

The footage I saw looked like actual gameplay, but after looking at the style of the graphics on that site, it's possible they rendered the whole thing just for this survey. I don't know. Maybe Gamoola is getting into the games business.
Google search for snakeball didn't produce any results that resemble this game.
Has anyone heard anything about this? Or is this breaking news?
It looks like a new twister game
If you go to their site and go to work on the top bar and then games on the bottom bar it shows a list of games. And 2 that look like the game you describe. Twister 1 and 2 java based games. You can play there right off there site too. Doesn’t look that bad of a game.
Snakeball was just announced for PSN

I wonder if it'll still be coming to XBLA?
