Top Issues with XBLA?

I was frustrated with the lack of XBLA games today and wrote a rambling post about it on my blog. That got me thinking. What does everyone here think the top issues with XBLA are?

i don't know if i would call geo wars an "old" game anything that was originally made in the last 5 years (?) I don't think can get that =D

i'm worried that if they flood the service we'll start getting crap like blast factor and cash guns chaos in the store (low shot i know but it's true)
