XBLA Weekly Top 10
Another week, another set of top 10 lists from Major Nelson. Hopefully, this list will spur some interesting discussion of what people are buying and/or playing this week. Therefore, below you will find the top 10 XBLA games that were purchased this week:
Top Arcade Titles (Full Versions)
1 Double Dragon
2 Catan
3 Pinball FX
4 3D Ultraβ’ Minigolf Adventures
5 TMNT 1989 Arcade
6 Soltrio Solitaire
7 Worms
8 UNO
9 Castlevania: SOTN
10 Centipede & Millipede
Aegis Wing does not appear most likely on this list because it was not "purchased" by anyone. And it amazes me that UNO is still in the top ten. It's the little game that could.
Also of note, Double Dragon cracked the top 10 Live Titles played this week -- at #7.
Personally, I am still bloated with XBLA games since I bought Catan last week (1000 victory points in ranked matches, WTF?), picked up Aegis Wing, and am still working on games as far back as Assault Heroes.
So, what is everyone playing or spending their hard earned MS Points on this week?

(In a farmers voice) This week I've mostly been playing Boom Boom Rocket and Pinball FX, which is my fav game so far on arcade (wel until sensi and speedball 2 hit town in june/july!)
My 360 is out for repairs,
My 360 is out for repairs, so I'm not spending my hard-earned MS points on anything. I got to play Aegis Wing a few times at a friend's place, though, and it's awesome!
Yeah i forgot that one, i
Yeah i forgot that one, i downloaded it from the US marketplace...its pretty good, glad its free though, i doubt i would have bought it as the replay value is pretty low.
Yeah, I figured the answer
Yeah, I figured the answer for a bunch of people would be "no arcade, just Halo 3". I played the demo of Pinball and it just didn't grab me. Are the other tables more interesting and thus worth the purchase? (As if I need more games to play...)

I grew up with a pinball
I grew up with a pinball machine in the house, and my father was a pinball (and arcade game) repairman, so I have a little too much love for the pinball.
Of the three tables, I like the speed machine the most, but i'm still working on figuring out how to earn the billions of points it takes to get to the top of the scoreboard.... heck, I haven't been able to beat Tomacco's score yet.
But, if you don't like the speed machine, I don't think you'd like the other tables, either.

Almost all my time on Live
Almost all my time on Live this week has been spent in the Halo 3 beta, though I'm still playing a bit of Pinball when i get too tired to play Halo.
When the Halo 3 beta ends, I will be sad, but I'll be back to Catan.
