Microsoft & Verizon are looking to bring the family together for one night with the Verizon Family Game Night Play & Win Sweepstakes. The concept is very simple, just play Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1989 Classic Arcade on March 25th to March 31st and you'll automatically be entered into the sweepstakes. The whole concept is to bring the family together with games that fit the genre, but TNMT 1986 is the only Xbox Live Arcade game that makes the list. There are eight grand prizes to be won, all of them being an Xbox 360 120GB hard drive and Xbox 360 Universal Remote. More information on the sweepstakes can be found over at the official Xbox website.
Could it be? It appears that Major Nelson has come through for us two weeks in a row. Of course, things aren't as perfect as they seem. What you see below is the newly corrected list. When the list originally appeared, it had a surprise visitor: Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix.
Ever since that point speculation has run rampant. The most common theory seems to be this: SPFIITHDR appeared on PartnerNet and was "purchased" by so many people that it appeared on the list. Strange but true? We'll never know. So, let's just look (and read) below and focus on what we do know.

*WOC: Weeks on Charts
With the new TMNT Movie coming out on the 23 of this month and the new retail game scheduled for three days earlier, I guess it's only fitting that this week we will be getting one of the most requested XBLA titles this Wednesday. Since most people already know all they need about this title, I'll let the PR do the talking.

The title will also mark the first time XBLArcade.com is setting up a specific time and game for it's readers to get together and play. So everyone who'd like to play with their fellow XBLArcade.com readers this Wednesday from 8pm EST till at least 10pm, leave a message here and we'll see about setting up teams to play through this classic.
Computer and Video Games has inquired with Ubisoft about the recent rumor that the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles arcade game will not be available for European Xbox 360 owners. The official word is that they are "unsure if [Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles] is coming out in Europe." Don't fret just yet though as an Ubisoft representative stated that the final word on this will be "available shortly".
On a post that will no doubt be pulled momentarily, 360style, citing an anonymous source, has just posted some screens of TMNT for XBLA. From the screens, which you can check here, it's put on by Ubisoft and Konami. You can also tell from the style it's definitely Digital Eclipse doing the port.
While it's still possible that this is just a really well done fake, it looks like the game that tops many peoples want list is about to hit the service.
Thanks to JUDE11 for the heads up.
This is starting to look more and more likely that it's real, to the point of their is now a video making the rounds. Audman points us to this clip here.
