XBLA Unplugged game site and forum now live

Microsoft has finally put up some more information about XBLA Unplugged by adding a game page and a new forum to Xbox.com. While Unplugged will be great for those who don't have broadband, are there any of you out there who have broadband that are even considering this?

If you work out the prices, there seems to be next to no incentive to buy these games in bulk.

UPDATE: It seems that they've taken down the Game page. Thanks Hexx

Odd that they took it down,

Odd that they took it down, even odder that if you do a search of xbox.com, it still shows up but leads to the 404 page.

If I were MS, which I'm not, but if I WAS, I'd release a USB dial-up modem for Silver accounts only. I always understood the idea of keeping online play limited to broadband only, but with the explosion of the Marketplace and background downloading, there's no reason someone who can't get broadband shouldn't be able to download Geo Wars while they're playing Prey.

While I agree with the USB

While I agree with the USB dial-up idea for the most part, all you'd end up with then is people who complain that they can't use it to play online. Pretty much whatever they do people will complain.

For those who got a peek at the page before it was yanked. What was there. Were any titles revealed etc?

And now even the search

And now even the search doesn't list it.

It just listed the six games that it will contain:

Geometry Wars
Bejewelled
Hardwood Backgammon
Wik
Outpost Kaloki X
Texas Hold'em

Weird why they'ld pull it with nothing we didn't know on it.

I think the dial-up modem would be a bad decision. It would cost too much to develop and has too small of a market. A fraction of the people with Xbox 360 and dialup would want it. I think it's cheaper for those people to just route the signal through their computer. Who doesn't have an ethernet port and a modem jack if they are on dial-up. Windows connection sharing ftw (I actually do that with my comp, so I can use the wireless).
