So those of you hoping for a indie developed game making it's way onto XBLA this week, will be disappointed. For those of you who remember just how addicting Defender can be, then you're in for a treat. For the usual 400 points, defender will be available "as early as possible" tomorrow.

Good. Now that this is out of the way, we can look forward to 4 quality Indie games coming over the next 7 weeks.
I didn't even like Defender in the 80's when it was an arcade staple.

I was just going by that list they released a few weeks ago. The only games left are Small Arms, Heavy Weapon, Novadrome, and Assault Heroes. The only "maybe" of the bunch for me is Novadrome.
If they can squeeze even more games in there, all the better. Even if it's crap like Rootbeer Tapper. But if MS delivers more than the minimum they promised for XBLA, it'll be a first.
