Forum goer tancredo sends us a tip of the next two releases for Xbox Live Arcade being Commando 3 on May 28th and Roogoo on June 4th. It'll be interesting to see if these release dates actually pan out. The word on Commando 3 comes from the Xbox newsletter; where as, the Roogoo release date comes to us from a preview on IGN Xbox 360. Keep your fingers crossed.

Xbox.com updated their Xbox Live Arcade section with details about 5 new upcoming titles, Rocky and Bullwinkle (mini-games), Shotest Shogi (shogi, japanese chess), TiQal (puzzle game), Wits & Wagers (party/trivia) and Wolf of the Battlefield: Commando 3 (action/adventure):
These updates usually mean that these titles will hit XBLA very soon, which is good news on a week without any new game. Are you interested in any of these games?

Commando 3 is now called Wolf of the Battlefield: Commando 3.
Now in it's 2nd name change, Commando 3 has a rather awkward story: first called MERCS, Capcom saw fit to change its name due to the upcoming retail title Mercenaries 2: World in Flames; they called it Commando 3, but with the announcement of Bionic Commando: Rearmed, Capcom decided against that name too; the latest (and final??) name is Wolf of the Battlefield: Commando 3, since the original japanese title for the series is Wolf of the Battlefield.
Personally I dig the new name more than the other ones, but changing its name 2 times is a bit weird, in my opinion. What do you think?
Apparently Street Fighter 4 wasn't the only thing at Capcom's Gamers Day in London. They also quietly announced the development of Commando 3 for (you guessed it) XBLA and PSN.
Backbone Entertainment's Emeryville studio (jeez, Backbone, give some other devs a chance) is on development duty. Apparently the game will be based on the 80s quarter-guzzler. But this time we'll have 3-player online co-op so you don't have to smell your gaming partner. Thank you broadband!
And there was much rejoicing. Yay...

[Update]: A video added for your viewing pleasure. It does look very Assault Heroes and twin-stick contol seems like the only likely control method they implemented. (thanks, prym3)
