ComputerAndVideoGames.com is reporting that while SNK has approached both MS and Sony about having their titles available on the respective platforms, Microsoft hasn't gotten back to them about approving the titles. While on the surface this seems like a huge issue for Microsoft, it wasn't made clear if SNK has backed off of their "They want us to compress it. Maybe we can't compress it. " stance we reported back in May.

Here's hoping that the two sides can come to an agreement soon as there are still many games I'd like to play from SNK's stable.
