Catan Player's Guide

Good article I found for one of my new XBLA crazes, Katan. Its pretty witty and it gives you some good pointers about the game and how to pwn.

here's my tip... on purpose do not do good in the beginning but average. otherwise people will keep beating up on you the rest of the game =(

That's on the harder difficulties. If you play on Easy you can exploit the AI. For example, give a brick, receive two wool, give one wool, receive one brick, and so on to get *free* resources. Ah, yes, and about that 9 victory point thing, on Easy, I had all two of the three ore and two wheat and two settlements andi traded lumber for wheat, built a city and won.
