Achievements: Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords

Otherwise, let me spin you my epic Puzzle Quest tale.
Let me be perfectly honest. When I heard about Puzzle Quest I thought to myself, "what a bizarre genre mashup that I will never be interested in playing". I mean, we all know that I am bitter about jewel-based match 3 puzzle games. (Maybe that is just the result of my previously uncontrollable addiction to Bejeweled.)
Despite my inital distaste for the idea of the game I started hearing all kinds of great things about the game. As a result of everyone's fervor in supporting Puzzle Quest, I decided that I would rent the game from Gamefly for my DS. About the time that the game made it to the top of my queue, the XBLA version was announced. "Yet another good reason to try the game," I thought to myself and so I patiently waited for its arrival.
Eventually, the game arrived and I began crafting my character and jumping into the game. The game seemed simple enough (even without a manual) and I began plodding my way through the game. The match 3 mechanic was very familar so the game came very naturally. However, the RPG twist made the puzzling much more strategic and interesting because I had larger goals than just making another match.
After playing the game for two weeks straight (on the subway, in the elevator at work, at the desk at work, at home, on my bicycle) I decided that I had puzzled myself out. And thus, the gamefly package was sealed and my abandonment of my level 25 character was made permanent as the envelope whisked its way to the warehouse.
At this point in my journey I thought to myself, "I think I got my fill of Puzzle Quest. I probably will not buy the XBLA version." And so it was for a while. And then, I saw the screenshots. "Everything looks so sharp and clear and amazing," I thought to myself. I pondered the screens and realized that I was considering buying the XBLA version. "Can I really justify buying this game and playing it again? Can I bear starting over?"
Now that I know I can get all the achievements with a little hard work, my answer may have finally crossed over into yes territory.

Seems lika a great game that could really fit my taste.
Too bad the controls can never be as good on 360 as on DS, a stylus is perfect for these games.

The HD is a plus. But the real reason I'll buy it on XBLA is that it's much cheaper :p
