Space Giraffe is Rubbish

Remember when the US OXM reviewed Space Giraffe at a miserable 2 out of 10? Llamasoft has created a new t-shirt for all of you Space Giraffe lovers and ironically for all of the Space Giraffe haters in the world. Granted the only way a hater would purchase this shirt is if they don't understand sarcasm or if they are Dan from OXM (come on you owe it to them to at least purchase this). What does the t-shirt say? "Space Giraffe is rubbish! OXM Dan is my main man! 2/10 FAIL!"

Anyone who plays this game even if they don't like the game know that the title does not deserve an OXM's 2/10!

I'm not a fan of the game
I'm not a fan of the game but it definately deserves at least an average rating. With the OXM scale I'ld probably give it an 8/10, but recommend that you try it first because it's not for everyone.

The more I play this game

The more I play this game the more I like it. I pushed through all the levels and am now going back through to work on my score. I'm starting to think a lot of the negative opinion could have been address by a bit more "help" in the tutorial. Maybe having it give advice on some of the later enemies etc.

I'd actually pay for this shirt if it looked at all decent.

Yes, I do see the irony in critiquing a shirt that is critiquing a critique!

I love Space Giraffe and
I love Space Giraffe and everything (I think it's one of the best original games to come out for the XBLA in awhile), but I think Minter is starting to take this a little too far now.

Yeah, that shirt is seriously ugly. Just a simple "Space Giraffe" with 2/10 below it and a big "FAIL" printed over the top of the logo woulda looked a least a little bit better. I mean...either people get it (and don't need all the explanatory text (about OXM Dan) or they don't and will ask about it if they want to know.

Less is more guys, less it more.
