Rocketmen: Axis of Evil Coming VERY Soon?

After a flurry of activity and information about Rocketmen: Axis of Evil back in August, Capcom has been very quiet about the game.

However, the refreshingly forthwright Christian Svensson (Sr. Director of Strategy at Capcom) has blessed us with more knowledge. And what's better, it's about the release date. On the Capcom forums he says:

Release, worldwide, cross platform is targeting mid-late October (slightly later than originally envisioned as we've decided to do full localization for Europe) however we need to find a window where both XLA and PSN can prop as near simultaneously as possible, which doesn't always work on our schedule. So long story short, it could be a bit later due to factors out of our control.

Sounds like we'll be playing this game within the month. And finally a bit of news that is positive for Europe (as opposed to the usual contest/free game that you unfortunates don't get) -- full localization. Cause to celebrate?

I can't see how the "the full localization for Europe" would fit into the XBLA program. We're usually get the stuff you've do, Arcade-wise (except for two free games of crap). That comment right there, full localization for Europe, that are probably a comment concerning the PSN I believe, since Puzzle Fighter is still nowhere to be seen here in Europe.
Do they ever do "half"
Do they ever do "half" localization for Europe though? Like ONLY French, Spanish, and German or something?
It depends, mostly no. But

It depends, mostly no. But there's one in recent memory. Tetris Splash only released in the UK and Ireland here in Europe. Witch obviously was a bummer for everyone else. And Germany may have been cut off sometimes due to their strict censorship (but that's probably only demos, not arcade games cause there isn't that much violent going on in that department).

But that's for XBLA, don't really know what's going on with the PSN or the Virtual Console.

Tetris is its own entirely

Tetris is its own entirely separate legal world. It has a really FUBAR'd license setup and it appears a few regional license allowance were given by some select license owners who didn't think the 360 would do well in the EU.

It is the exception and not the rule for lots of needlessly complex reasons.
