We knew
Arkadian Warriors was heading our way this week, but a surprise sprung on us when it was accouned that
Gripshift will also be hitting XBLA on Wednesday. Both titles will be released for 800 MS Points. More information on both titles can be found on our site or in the
Gamerscore Blog press release.
The real question for this week is are you poor from all of the great releasees lately or do you still have enough cash to play these? I personally think time is my limiting factor as I still haven't beaten the sub-1 hour single-player game of
Battlestar Galactica yet! Will you be picking up either of these titles?

I wish I had the free time to actually finish the games I already own : /
Actually I do have the time, but I am never in front of the TV when I get to play.
Arkadian Warriors is probably a must buy for me as I am a dungeon crawler fan, but I think I will pick up GripShift for the PSP since most of my recent gaming is while out of the house.

Gripshift looks great.
But I've spent so much on games lately :(
hell, this week, I have to get Rock Band, those new Halo3 maps, some Rock Band DLC, and HOPEFULLY have enough for gripshift...
I wish I won the lottery.

I almost wish we had a drought period again. Almost.
Worse comes to worse, I can wait a year or two for some of these recent games (and upcoming) to become XBLA Hits.

These two games seem awesome and pretty original from most of the other games on the XBLA right now (and thats saying alot since there are 100+ already). Yeah, I'm going to be buying both of these games plus the Halo 3 Map Pack so thats 30 bucks this week :P

More time tested than original, but that isn't necessarily a slight.

...is this MS testing us??
I'd rather see the trend of 800/400 continue than a switch to 800/800. Seems like a ploy so they can mark something down in two years for Christmas '09...

Nice demo. I think I'll pick this one up. The handling takes a bit of getting used to compared to Mad Tracks, but after a while it's second nature. I think it's got something to do with the fact it was developed for the PSP's d-pad. The challenges remind me of Marble Blast Ultra. The racing is a bit like Mario Kart. Thumbs up for the demo at least.
