It looks like the game is IP locked, so I can't download it - I just get a "not available from your location" message after I select it. Which is a pity, as I'm curious about the game. I can probably download the Windows demo to see what it's like, but I don't really want to play the game on my PC.

Anyone else having the same problem?

You should probably try again a little later, sometimes there's issues with the marketplace that may prevent you from downloading it.

Didn't have the problem myself, downloaded it from US marketplace (since the release being a bit late in my region) and didn't get any issues with it. Nevertheless, the game is available in all countries expect for Korea.

After playing with the demo for a lil bit, I feel compelled to find stuff to trade in for a 1600 pt card....

Unfortunately, it's not region locking that's the problem, it's IP locked. Hardly anyone does this (the only thing I've had a problem with before was the Gears of War map pack 2, which is similarly locked), but apparently they check the IP address of the user rather than the region of the account.

I live in South Africa, and while MS has officially launched the Xbox 360 here, we don't officially have Live, so most of us have UK registered Live accounts. I also have dummy accounts created in the US and Japan to get demos or videos, but it doesn't help using those as I still have the same IP.

I'm really hoping this doesn't become a trend, as it will render Live pretty much unusable to me.

Damn Gnort, that is pretty crappy I must say. Region locking I could understand, but IP locking for regions that don't even officially have Live yet, which is one of the big selling points for the 360 to begin with between the content available and good online gaming, is just plain silly. Only workaround I could see for that is to have someone send you the game on a memory card or so.

I just picked it up. It's hilarious, though it's harder than I expected. As soon as I finished the training level the first enemies I fought wiped me out. But the story looks good and I haven't had a game make me laugh this much... ever.
