Prince of Persia revealed (now with more hair!)

Joystiq has uncovered a YouTube video sporting the new look Prince of Persia. Ubisoft's spiffed up version of the original Prince will be true to the original in all but graphics. But can this world survive the shock that comes from seeing the Prince without his proper head wrapping? Only time will tell and according to the story that time will be "early summer".

This PoP looks fantastic!
THIS is what "updated graphics" should mean. Using all 3d with modern texture and lighting effects looks out-effing-standing.

Are you paying attention Digital Eclipse? You lazy junk churning morons. Less MAME, more real updating.

Even that weak attempt at updating Centipede/Milipede was pretty terrible.

I've been saying the same thing about the controls.

I just read an interview, though, where the producer mentions that the controls have been improved. So there's hope, I guess.

I find it interesting that

I find it interesting that Cloning Clyde used 3D modeling and 2D presentation and now others are picking up on the trend.
