Well, well, well. It seems that the suits at Microsoft have been busy plugging a leak over in Germany. We reported that Marathon: Durandal had received a rating by the USK (aka Germany's ESRB) last week. Apparently, someone didn't want us to know that little tidbit of information. At least not yet.
And thus, the entry has been expunged from the USK records.
The timing of the appearance and subsequent disappearance reeks of a pre-E3 announcement cover-up. I call conspiracy!

The USK (Unterhaltungssoftware Selbstkontrolle) is quickly over taking the ESRB for the best place to uncover unannounced XBLA titles.
The most recent update to the USK site shows the following for Xbox 360:
EXIT (TAITO Corperation)
06/13/07
Genre: Denkspiel/Puzzle
Moving on.
Super Puzzle Fighter 2 Turbo HD Remix (CEG Interactive)
06/13/07
Genre: Arcade
And finally:
Tetris Splash (Microsoft EPDC)
06/13/07
Genre: Arcade
Well, to be honest, actually we did know about it. We just didn't know it would be called Tetris Splash.
Anyone mad they just bought Tetris Evolution?

(In case you are wondering about "Microsoft EPDC", it is the European Product Development Centre which is responsible for overseeing the localization of Microsoft products for European markets.)
