Is XBL being moody again?

I have been D/Cing mid game all day today. I know the issue is outside of the house, but I am not sure if it is Comcast being Comcraptic again or XBL.

Checking some leaderboards will make my 360 freeze (which has no other issues at all) and seemingly randomly it will give me a disconnected from live message but will immediately log in again.

I can't stay online enough to diagnose the issue beyond it isn't my network.

yeah Live has been acting screwy again. I for one am very sick of it and will not renew my gold account again until after they fix the problem.
