Well, I think this is a cool idea so here it goes:
Since N+ was the little flash game that could, dismissing critics that said it was just "a flash game repackaged" i've been thinking that other flash games could also successfully make the jump.
Should desktop tower defense on on xlba?
(keep in mind there would be graphic enhancments and the other things that come with an xbla makeover)

They released PixelJunk Monsters on PSN, which is basically a tower defense game with cartoony graphics, so it's definitely possible to release that kind of game on XBLA. But I think developers are too focused on releasing twin-stick shooters and forgeting other markets.
I still don't know how Sierra can't find some time between some of their many releases to release a real warcraft 3 style Tower Defense (where the genre pretty much came from)

I don't think he meant a Warcraft 3 DoTA (Defense of the Ancients, the Tower Defense "mod" for warcraft) port to XBLA, just a game that could emulate the feeling and with a similar quality level to WC3.
I would like to see a tower defense game set in the future, like Starcraft DoTA or Command and Conquer DoTA, I would buy that.
