Where is Hardwood Solitaire?!?
[Update: There is an official site for Soltrio Solitaire available on the internet. Currently, it is just a splash screen, but XBLArcade.com will let you know when it rolls into a full site. From the splash screen, it appears that this is a new style of game from Silver Creek and is a departure from the Hardwood series.]
Back in the days of Xbox Live Arcade on the original Xbox, Silver Creek Entertainment released a game called Hardwood Solitaire. It was the only Hardwood game released for the original Xbox; however, closely following the release of the Xbox 360 Silver Creek Entertainment released Hardwood Backgammon (I recommend this game a lot), Hardwood Hearts and Hardwood Spades. Some fans wondered why Hardwood Solitaire was not ported over to the Xbox 360. The answer actually came to us almost two months ago when Soltrio Solitaire popped up on the USK website, but we didn't actually realize it. Fast forward to today and the ESRB website lists Silver Creek Entertainment as the developers of Soltrio Solitaire. This definately gives us an idea of what possibly we might be seeing in terms of feature set for this game.

Hopefully they take many lessons from Uno in how to present a Card game.
Whether you like the actual game of Uno or not, there is no denying that it's the king of card games on the service right now. None of the Hardwood games nor Poker can hold a candle to it in terms of game play or online.
And if were talking about Hardwood's back catalog, I'd rather see euchre!

Yeah the only cool things the hardwood card games had over uno was the taunting button. Euchre is ok... but Sheep's Head is where it's at http://www.fanpop.com/spots/card-and-tile-games/soapbox/68
It is a game that is rather similiar to Euchre.
The only issue with it is that the only people who I know that play it either are a) have a strong german heritage or b) live amongst areas of the usa where there is a strong german heritage. With that sad, considering I moved away from said area... it's hard to find a game.
