Major Nelson has posted that next time you fire up Catan, you can purchase some new DLC. For 200 Microsoft Points, you can grab "Generals Expansion Pack 1" which will add more AI players.

Now normally I love seeing DLC for games that I like be released, but this one's a bit odd. I'm curious how many gold members will actually buy this when they already have more than enough opponents over live. Maybe when the community dies down, I'll pick it up, but for now, even at such a low price, I'm going to have to pass.
