Winners will be chosen by the originality of their answers and my personal taste in games :D.

The giveaway will run till Sunday, April 27th, midnight GMT.

RULES

- One submission per nickname.

- Each submission must also contain the XBLA title they want the code for (note: you might not get the code you want, this is just for me to ease the giveaway of prizes).

Pssst... over here.. chu chu

Man with red hat says coyly from the perimeter... dude Chu Chu Rocket...it was made to shine on XBoxlive....just say it, don't get it wrong.. Chu Chu, Chu Chu. Beware the fat man, he cometh in white suit.... He escapes into the dark... leaving behind a strange and cryptic message...

Spyglass Board games... (Spy.. glass... Haha I crack myself up)......

:)

XBLA Game

My Favourite Arcade Game to get the XBLA treament would be Gemini Wing. I used to play it a lot and never completed it, so it would be nice to get to the end without putting £5 worth of 10p's in!

Basically it was a vertical scroller with a Boss at each level. You picked up powerup's which tailed behind your plane, you could nick your partner's powerup's too I think(could be interesting over Live)

It was multiplayer at the time, so you could envisage that working on Live quite well and also local multiplayer. The graphics weren't too bad it would just need a HD pimping, similar to Double Dragon, I'm a bit of a traditionalist so I wouldn't it to be too far from the original.

Great Question and I have to put a few "honourable mentions" in too, just because it was so hard to pick one!

Commando

Tekken World Cup

California Games(Released on Wii)

1942

Jail Break

Oh I'm glad we've got Mame to keep us going!

Prize Preference:

SpyGlass>Zuma>Small Arms>BomberMan>MBU

http://www.gamespot.com/saturn/strategy/romanceofthethreekingdoms4/index.html

(The sega saturn version)

After I got my sega saturn as a collector's piece, I rarely played any of the games I bought with it.

But Romance of the three kingdoms 4: wall of fire was different.

It was very addictive, and fun to play.

You basically started off with a couple territories on a map of china. And your goal was to conquer all of china using different methods while governing your provinces, and managing your armies.(you could even create your own nation, and it's leader) The game was turn based, so it never felt like you were rushed at all.

It was sort of like the ancestor to the Total war, and Europa Universalis series of games.

Anyway, I think an upgraded version that ran smoother, included online leaderboards (online play would be next to impossible), and fixed some of the balancing issues would be great. With the Live vision camera you could put your face on a custom chinese warlord, and could use your facial expressions when negotiating diplomacy. (Mean, nice, indifferent, sad, mad, confused) I also think the graphics of today could convey the chinese despairation of the time, by adding a more dark setting, I think the saturn version was too happy for a wargame.

But The reason I think this game idea could land me a free XBLA game? (any) is good for me.

Is the fact that this game would fill a much needed void in the XBLA catalogue: The strategy part.

I would love to see and hd

I would love to see and hd remake of Cabal. I use to play that like crazy as a kid with my buddy on the NES. Its an old arcade game. You can read about it here.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cabal_%28arcade_game%29

Further more, I have never played the sequel,

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blood_Bros.

or even knew it exsisted until 2 minutes ago lol. I would love to have a cabal + blood brose HD put on xbla. With online co-op of course.

If I win, which I wont because Im so unlucky I never win anything in life, just donate my code to some1 you want..

Mortal Kombat

It would definetly be Super Nintendo's Mortal Kombat! The very first one, nothing expect online play to be added. The game is so good already. One of my favorites on SNES. It wouldn't take much space from your memory device and it would most likely cost only 400MSP as it isn't that new game.

If I would win... I would probably have either Bomberman:LIVE or Marble Blast Ultra if the first one isn't available.

Videogame:

Videogame: Zelda

Enhancements: Online Multiplayer

I would want: 1) Zuma

DREAMGAME ON XBLA

my dream game on XBLA, its without a doubt, guardian heroes, an old but great sega saturn game. its more than just a beat em up, because it has some rpg elements on it, multiple endings, and its a game that fits so well on xbla, you have coop game, arena mode(vs), and it would be great if it was HD Remixed, oh and add some archievements on the way :) now that treasure brought ikaruga, its now time to bring this gem

what i would like: bomberman live

Toobin arcade

it could be a great game for live arcade. And u can use triggers and bumpers for moving. or u could use the Drum from rockband

-Bomberman Live or Marble Blast Ultra

Bring on T-Mek

T-Mek (Arcade)

There was a port for 32x, but it was pretty poor. The arcade version was a huge sit-down cockpit cabinet with 4 speaker surround sound, one the first to have this feature. An update with HD graphics, 5.1 surround sound, and online play would be awesome. The control scheme would work well with dual analog controls as well.

And I'd like to play Bomberman, so I'll pick that. Otherwise, I'd take Spyglass Board Games, but I already own all of the others.

Man! I'm late to this.... so

Man! I'm late to this.... so Powerstone was taken and so was Blaster Master! GRRRRR!

I'm gonna have to go with...... Twisted Metal. I think it would fit well.

Add some quick match and/or ranked.... not to mention it could be mutli-platform from PSN.... but doubtable. Darn you David Jafffe!

Marble Blast Ultra or Small Arms (if for some reason you choose me after Powerstone, Blaster Master, and Hydro Thunder. lol!)

Fallout 2

I would LOVE to see a rerelease of the original 1998 Fallout II on XBLA along with the upcoming Fallout 3 that Bethesda is developing. Ah, the infamous Bloody Mess perk... It would be perfect in HD.

1. Zuma 2. Spyglass 3. Marble

Star Control 2 (The Ur-Quan Masters)

Noticed you didn't mention PC's, but Star Control 2, sucked a major part of my life away way back when.

I would start with the 3DO Code so we keep the voices of the aliens and such. I would update it with the following:

- New HD 3D Graphics for pretty much everything, but keep the same 2D Aspect Ratio of the game.

- New 3D Rendered animations when speaking to the aliens.

- Live Multiplayer game based on original Star Control. SC2 was a little lacking in the multiplayer options. Basically have a group of Star Systems where you can capture. They give you bonuses and when both of you (or 4 of you ) occupy the territory it's an all out battle.

- If you discover the fates of some older alien cultures, it will unlock their ships in multi-player.

- New storyline added by downloads. 1st pack could be, play as the Ur-Quan and try to Colonize the Galaxy or how about a co-op mission where you each try to undermine the other.

- New soundtrack options available to download. Remixes of the songs for example.

- Anything that Toys for Bob wanted to put in the game and cut due to whatever reasons!

Regretfully, not much more, the game is long, has a great story line and it's just plain fun. Why mess with perfection?

Codes: 1) Bomberman Live 2) Small Arms 3) Marble Blast Ultra 4) Zuma

XBLArcade.com Giveaway Contest

the game of my choice would be general chaos comming from the sega.this game is really a great party game with some strategie.I would really like to get this game with a online 8-10 multiplayer with some new graphic but still with original version and maybe some new weapon or charactere and some online mode (team, capture, rescued) .I really think achievment on this game could be well done too.

if by any chance i win i would like to get 1.zuma
2bomberman live thanks you

GTA

The first GTA with remastered graphics

I wouldn't mind spyglass or marble

Diablo would rock on XBLA

I would love to see Diablo on XBLA with HD graphics and enhanced sound, and throw in some live multiplayer action and you got XBLA hack and slash heaven.

Codes I would like:

1) Bomberman live

2) Small arm

I would love to see the

I would love to see the Secret of Monkey Island with HD graphics, widescreen support and a remixed soundtrack ( with options to play with the orginal graphics and sound of course! ) I think this would be a great choice for XBLA because the genre is really under-represented and its a really fun game!

On the off chance I were to win this contest, my first choice of game would be Spyglass.

ActRaiser

I would like to see ActRaiser in XBLA with the following features

*Enhanced HD graphic

*Remixed or Re-Recored Syphonic version of the Soundtrack with a plus new songs writen and composed by the Legendary Video Game Composer Yuzo Koshiro.

*New Levels, plus expanded original levels

*New towns to raise, plus real time and random Scenario

*New Bosses

*New Magic Spells and Powers

*Brand New Multiplayer game, Co-Op and Head to Head Multi player titled "Holy Wars", Holy Wars would play like a RTS game with some 2D action element

*Include the original SNES version of the game

I would to have Bomberman Live Please

Cannon Fodder

Easy pick. Cannon Fodder. Why? Because was has never been so much fun!

I think the most important feature I would add would be Online Vs mode where each team would assemble their army of Jools and Jops and Stoo (and so on...) to try and locate their opponents in one of the three modes (Kill all enemies, rescue all hostages or destroy enemy buildings). It's got the gameplay to be the best XBLA online ever.

I'd have two graphic versions too. I'd have "Classic" graphics and then "Updated" graphics in which the normal graphics will have been enhanced to provide a better gameplay.

And if you're still unsure on how great Cannon Fodder was this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bRaFfFuEOj0&feature=related) will put any doubt behind you: Cannon Fodder had the greatest theme music EVER.

I'd like Bomberman or Spyglass Games.

it would be really great if

it would be really great if they release an enhanced version with HD res of

(Genesis) Thunder Force IV

or (Saturn) Thunder force V

those were among the best shooter i've ever played...

I would like: bomberman live

DuckTales

I would love to see CAPCOM's NES classic DuckTales redone on the service in HD. I know it's a licensed game and would likely be a nightmare to get on XBLA, but longshots have happened before. It's one of their best 2d games of the era.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aNTBj9TAk2E

How can you not love that theme?

720p HD visuals

Online CO-OP gameplay

3d visuals done in 2d (like Bionic Commando:ReArmed)

Option of original and remixed sountracks

Emulated classic game included (if possible)

I would like Marble Blast Ultra. Thanks!

Road Rash - Genesis

I spent many hours playing Road Rash on my Genesis. A great combination of street racing and violence. Something very satisfying in a Mad Max kind of way about swinging a chain at someone while speeding down the highway.

Updated graphics and MP would make this a great XBLA title.

If I'm the lucky one: Zuma or Marble Blast Ultra

Live to Game, Game to Live
