Q Entertainment sends word that METEOS WARS has released "The Galaxy Pack" featuring 9 new planets, each with its own visual and audio style as well as gravity effects, for 350 MS Points. Find the planet that best fits your style of play in METEOS WARS and show off your alien invasion defense system! Simply slide, stack and ignite your blocks to blast away the world-ending Meteos. Only you can stop them from falling and crushing your planet. Master the combo links and power-ups to challenge your friends in intense multiplayer sessions. This fast-paced action puzzler is nothing but one explosive adventure!
If you are interested in this new DLC you might want to note that there is also a "Planet Pack" that was previously released for the same price. From the descriptions, it appears that they both are very similar.

Also coming in this week is the new patch for Age Of Booty, which is now available. The game now contains the use of Xbox Avatars throughout the game, several new maps have been added to the game, and if someone quits out of a game half way through, they will be supplanted by an AI character. This one is a freebie and the update will automatically download when you start up the full version of the game providing you already own it. If not, remember that the demo version of Age of Booty contains FREE online multiplayer in the trial for two days of play.

Lost Cities, Sierra's Xbox Live Arcade version of Reiner Knizia's card game, has gone missing from the Xbox LIVE Marketplace, and apparently it has been missing for quite some time. According to this post in the Xbox.com forums for Lost Cities, it has been missing from at least the 20th of February - just over a month.
Lost Cities was released back in April of last year, and was actually up for an Xbox Live Arcade Award for "Best Family Game" earlier this month, but was beat out by A Kingdom For Keflings. Perhaps that had something to do with it having absolutely no chance because new people couldn’t even look at the game.
If you have downloaded the Xbox Live Arcade Awards application through Xbox Live, you cannot download the game. If you never downloaded it before you will receive a message citing "You need to modify your existing membership before you can download this item". If you had previously downloaded the trial game, you can download the trial again through the application. If you download the trial and attempt to buy it, you will get a marketplace error for it being not available.
Microsoft has been contacted and they have said that it is being looked into, but it is such a strange occurrence. Without much of a Sierra Online left one would assume that there's few people to contact Microsoft directly about it. Hopefully the online media attention this news is getting will help get this issue get resolved in a timely manner.
