DaKing240 has broken the news that our likely addition to XBLA this week is Golden Axe. Not only that, but he has the full achievement list and scores. (Here's the announcement thread at x360a.org.)
Looking through the achievements you can see that local and online co-op will be featured in the game.
I'm listing this as a rumor until we have the official announcement. More details as we get them.

[Update]: As of now, DaKing240 is also listing Sonic the Hedgehog as arriving alongside Golden Axe.
[Update 2]: This is a rumor no longer. Official announcement came out that Sonic and Golden Axe are arriving tonight.
Sierra Online, a huge supporter of XBLA (see: Assault Heroes, Carcassonne, 3D Ultra Minigolf Adventures), has given TeamXbox an exclusive advanced look at their E3 XBLA lineup. The coverage details three of Sierra Online's upcoming XBLA games (one we knew about, one we had a hunch about, and one out of the blue).
Maybe this strong XBLA push by Sierra Online has something to do with Ross Erickson's move from Microsoft to Sierra Online in February? Hmm, I wonder.
Who's excited (besides me, that is)?
[via TeamXbox, thanks to everyone that sent this in!]
Blurbs about each of the games and links to the screenshot galleries after the break.
During E3, Gamespot got the chance to interview Hector and Alexander Fernandez from Streamline Studios, makers of the upcoming Hoopworld. While there was no real "new" info, they do have a few game play videos sprinkled through out.
You can check it out here.
And the E3 videos keep rolling in. This ones not the best of quality, but you can really get a sense of the mayhem going on in the "Super Smash Bros"-esqe Small Arms
Mortal Kombat Online has posted a video from E3 of one of the XBLA kiosks running UMK3. It doesn't shed much light on any of the features other than a couple of rounds of game play, but it's good to see that it's coming along.
Still no word on a release date.

Many thanks to qwerty for the heads up!
The folks over at Xbox 360 fanboy got a chance (however ill fated it was) to try out Freeverse's new XBLA title Totem Balls, a gesture based game where you have to
"control a little a totem pole-looking character by moving your arms up and down at your sides (a motion that resembles the funky chicken) as he collect balls that balance on his head"
sounds like it could be fun, and it's good to see that the camera will be used for things other than us all staring at each other.
it sure does pour!!!
So we were all waiting hoping that with E3 we'd catch a glimpse or two of a couple of new XBLA games. Well did we ever... 10 games that were unannounced before today. They are:
Dig-Dug
Rally-X
Frogger
Contra
Super-Contra
Track & Field
Time Pilot
Scramble
Sonic The Hedgehog High Speed
Lumines Live
And this is just a start for Namco, Konami, and Sega, with more promised down the road.
As mentioned earlier, we will be finally getting to enjoy some card playing fun when Uno is released on Tuesday May 9th. The bad news is that this seems to be the only XBLA game that is coming out during E3. Let's hope that they release a couple surprises along the way.
Here is the enitre E3 List
That's right folks, it seems we only have to wait another week or so to get our digital card game fix. According to a Press Release reported on Xboxic, mixed in with all that demo and trailer goodness is XBLA's Uno.
