Just out of curiosity, do developers know the conversion rates of their games? Also, great interview and good luck with ToW.

Answer to JDUDE11 :-)

Jdude11,
Yes, we have both figures, total trial versions and total full version. Then we process these two numbers in a dual quad core 32G Ram computer to get the conversion rate.
Mad Tracks is around 11%.

[You are a wii developer now? Maybe a decent third party title will make it to the wii now... Although, I assume you'll be using the wiiware service?

Not sure what we'll bring to the Wii, but I'd like it to be on Wiiware for sure!
In your opinion, how many Xbox360 owners have a Wii??

I have a Wii. I don't buy

I have a Wii, and I'm sure alot of others do too. I don't buy many WiiWare games, but I would certainly buy one made from Load Inc assuming you put as much effort into it as you did Mad Tracks and TOW. As long as you make it stand out from the other WiiWare games, you should be fine.

Well.. I have a wii... but I don't even use it anymore! The only time it gets used is when guests want to play wii sports.

2 different demographics, I think. I think Mad tracks would be well suited for wiiware though. (with motion control, that'd be cool)

I don't play Wii much either actually. I do check new WiiWare content, and sometimes play Super Mario Galaxy, but that's about it.
